Problem Statement

Bank's Perspective

Banks face challenges in lending to MSMEs in India due to high credit risk, lack of collateral, and poor financial documentation. Frequent regulatory changes and inadequate banking infrastructure further complicate lending to these businesses.

MSME's Perspective

MSMEs struggle with complex, opaque loan application processes, making it difficult to access timely financing. This lack of clarity on eligibility, loan terms, and application steps leads to frustration and delayed growth for small businesses.
